Deep Tissue is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. It is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to past lingering injuries, treating repetitive strain injuries (tendinitis), and increases local circulation. (Soreness is common after this treatment.) 60min $70
Trigger Point Therapy is a style of bodywork that focuses on stimulating and releasing "trigger points" in your body. Trigger points are tender areas of tension that occur in the belly of the muscle tissue. These "knots" (most commonly in the neck & shoulders) are built up throughout a person's life due to physical, mental, and/or emotional stress. This process can be quite painful at times, yet the effects are lasting and profoundly transformative. Rates for this treatment depend on location of points and length of session.
Tandem is the work of two massage therapists working in unison on one person. They will either work the opposite side of the body using parallel movements or work from different angles. For the ULTIMATE relaxation experience, this is THE treatment! (For swedish modality only) 60min $120

A warm/hot foot soothing natural mineral foot soak with blends of lavender, peppermint, eucalyptus, salts and organic pure essential oils added to a foot bath to perk up tired and achy feet. $10
